Petals & Water Shipping Policy
Welcome to Petals & Water! We are delighted to bring our creative wellness products into your life. To give you the best experience, we use a hybrid fulfillment model: our digital products deliver instantly, while our physical apparel and accessories are custom-made just for you through print-on-demand technology. 

Digital Downloads & Free Resources
  • Delivery Time: Instant.
  • Shipping Cost: Free ($0.00).
  • How it works: As soon as your checkout is complete, you will receive a secure download link on your confirmation screen. You will also receive an automated email with a permanent link to your files. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or email us at petalsandwater@gmail.com. 

Physical Apparel & Accessories (Shirts, Aprons, Totes)
Because we care about sustainability and reducing waste, we do not print our items until you order them. This means your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping. 
  • Production (Fulfillment) Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and package your shirts, aprons, or totes before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. 
  • Standard Shipping Times:
    • United States: 3–6 business days after production.
    • International: 10–21 business days after production, depending on local customs. 
  • Total Estimated Delivery: For US orders, please expect your package to arrive roughly 5–11 business days from the day you place your order. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your physical items are printed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking details online. 

Multiple Packages
Because we work with different specialized print providers through Printify to bring you the best quality across various products, items in the same order may ship separately. If you order a shirt and a tote bag, they might arrive in two different packages on different days. Do not worry—you will receive tracking numbers for each package! 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Petals & Water is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees collected during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
